TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
-
After completion of Building Foundations excavation, Sub Foundation
gritting shall be made. Spread based water shall be applied from
foundation and above foundation shall be added to foundation alum and
above which the concrete leveling concrete shall be laid.
-
Prior to constructing the refilling around the building all waste water
installation shall be laid and concrete drainages shall be built at
necessary regions and the drainage chutes through which the drain flex pipes
around the foundation of the building shall have been completed and required
compression shall be ensured by means of irrigation of refilling made.
-
With
all reinforced concrete dies of building constructions made, including
foundation, 18 mm Water Proof ply wood has been used and their
reinforcements shall have been completed with the tie rods and all
concreting works made shall make it possible to apply the most powerful
vibrators to compress them as required.
-
The
foundation, flood stage and story sheet concreting of all buildings shall
have been laid by concrete with additive and all concrete structures laid
shall have been vibro compressed and thus homogenous spread of concrete
shall be ensured. Concrete sapling shall be applied from all concrete
structures made and C20 Concrete quality shall be ensured prior to concrete
pouring work. By being regularly watered, it shall be assured for the entire
concrete structures made to acquire resistivity.

With
all manufactures made, the irons from the static project shall have been
tied and all entry repetitions, entry hooks and mackerel irons shall be
employed as shown in their project. From all reinforced concrete
manufactures, special plastic reinforced concrete raisers and their contet
with water and air shall be prevented by stressing on employing raisers
strictly. This is very important in respect of concrete life span.

The
outer walls of the buildings shall be laid in form of a specially
manufactured Sandwich type of brick wall and outer walls shall be laid in 25
cm thickness and inner wall in 10 cm thickness.
The
properties of Sandwich type brick wall: Sandwich type brick wall consisted
of brick in 13,5 cm thickness and 3 cm polystyrene foam and 8,5 cm inner brick
ensures the Heat an Audio insulation and is flame and humidity resistive.

Prior to laying the outer walls of the buildings, cement based 1 st class
spreadible water insulation material shall be applied on the floom concrete.
Alongside all walls and girder juncture lines, a sound durability of the
walls shall have been ensured as a result of expansion of polystyrene foam
sprayed between the concrete the wall. This operation prevents at a great
scale, the cracks which might take place due to ground vibrations in future.

The
lintels of door and window shall be cast in site and the lentils shall be
cast as having been tied by adequate number of lentils with wide above
door opening formed by iron cage tied with entries.

The
flood stage sheets of the building shall have been insulated, by 1 st Class
composite, fully elastic water insulation material. The insulation material
shall be applied in form of two layers onto the surface made dust free
through flushing and the reinforcement where necessary, shall be made by
equipment netting.

All
Sanitary Installation pipes and fittings shall be Ege or Fırat Plastic
products and particularly for the vertical piping passed through wall,
embedded wall channels shall be used and the channels shall be closed by
mortar after the pipes are laid. Similarly, the piping network passing over
the floor shall be protected by being covered with mortar after having been
laid. Upon having completed laying work of all installations, pressure test
shall be performed, to see if there exists any water leakage.

At
all buildings, due care shall be paid for equal energy distribution using
triphase Electricity lines. Wiring shall be accomplished and outside the
buildings. The conduits through which the cables shall be drawn shall be
consisted of 32 atό pipes. As the electric cable, 1 st class TSE
certificated cable shall be employed. For the switches and outlet sockets
(TSE certificated brands shall be used. The special copper earting plates
which are standard for all electric apparatus shall be made separately as
per apart ent house. The Fuse Blocks and fuses shall be chosen form the TSE
certificated trademarks. All electrical installation shall be drawn
without any junction boxes thus power and fuses be gathered at a sole
center.

Air
Conditioning system at all apartment houses shall be made available for
immediate installation.
-
The
outer plasters of the building shall be made by using a water insulating and
adherence ensuring type of additive. The fine decorative plaster over coarse
mortar shall be applied above the splashed mortar.

The
roof inclination alum shall be laid at its level and with necessary
inclination alum shall be laid at its level and with necessary inclination
and following the alum pouring, its surface shall be leveled by a tearfill
trowel and a smooth surface shall be obtained.

The
joining works shall be Winsa, Pimapen, Egepen etc brand according to its
project and in white PVC color. The glass of windows shall be of Isıcam 4 +
12 + 4. The access door of the apartment houses shall be steel door type.

The
finishing paints of acrylic type or silicon based outer frontal type shall
be applied over the decorative building outer plaster other than natural
stone coatings of the buildings.

Air
conditioning pipings shall be laid to the dining room and parents bed room
from the apartment houses in a manner to allow installation and 1 each air
conditioner shall be installed at every apartment house.

The
inclination alum at the roof terraces composite, full elastic water
insulation material in double layers by a 1 st class, TSE certificated
composite, full elastic water insulation material in accordance with
European norms. Equipment (riggin) netting shall be laid between the layers.
-
The
surrounding walls of the site in which totally 3 buildings consisting of 71
apartments houses (domiciles) are situated and its pool and the
circumference of the pool shall be delivered as having been fully and
completed landscape implementation.

Interior
space manufacture items of the buildings, frame constructions and exterior
fronts and landscapes and stone walls, pools of which are completed and types of
materials to be used and their details are specified item by item below

Apartment housess inner alums shall be in 10 12 cm thickness as to
capsulate embedded floor piping networks with remarks

Bath
Vitrifications and Accessories and Batteries shall be of CEM or ECA brand.

The
Kitchens are calculated to be made from complete MDF laminated cupboards
with profile door, laminated or marble kitchen counter and Standard TERRA
NOVA or FRANKE Basin.

Internal doors shall be manufactured as American Panel Doors.

Electric Outlets and Switches are planned to be VIKO KARDELEN Series. At all
spaces adequate number of earted outlets, TV outlets and Telephone Outlets
at all bed rooms are considered to be installed, including dining rooms.

Floor Coatings shall be of ceramic tiles.

The
wall covers shall be ceramic at wet spaces and three folded plaster stucco
and plastic paint thereon have been planned to be applied.
