1- Carrier System

The houses will be made of earthquake proof skeleton carrier system.   

 

2- Facades

Facades will be natural stone and hand made plastering painted with acrylic based exterior paint over water insulated coating. The lower floors of the buildings will be covered with slate.

 

3- Roofs

Roofs will be water insulated.  Roof is made over the insulation layers. PVC pipe and strainers will be placed to take rain water.

Travertine fire places designed for relaxed living,

B....   Fine Structure

 

8- Constructions

Windows, balcony and terrace doors are double glazed PVC, main entrance door has been fitted with steel bar support and inner doors will be readymade panel doors.

 

9- Floor and Wall Coatings

Interior walls has been painted with plastic paint overhand made plaster and ceilings will be painted with ceiling paint.

          Styrofoam carton Pierre isplaced in the ceiling corners of the walls.

The floors  are wooden parquet and travertine.

 

10- Installations

PVC material has been used for the waste water pipes, and copolymer material has be used for the clean water pipes and fittings.

There are telephone lines in the living section and the bedrooms, central satellite system will be installed and cable distribution will be made to the living areas of the independent sections.

 

11-  Kitchens

First class ceramic tiles  and nice designed cupboards and storage units in kitchens.

 

 

12- Bathrooms

Ceramic tiles has been used for the bathroom floors and on walls.

          All sanitary ware, fittings and bathroom/wc accessories comply with the standards.

Shower trays have shower cabinets.

 

13- Entry bridges and pergolas

The social facility with outdoor pools has been  constructed according to the approved projects and  with the materials of the quality used in the houses

Green areas are achieved with suitable local plants and the required watering system has been made. Special landscaped design including  aging pine and olive trees
