Technical Specifications of Materials will be used in ONAT GARDEN APARTMENTS complex

1. All apartment floors and bathrooms will be fitted with grade A tiles which will be in a standard colour and pattern.
2. Stairs will be built with marble
3. Each apartment’s main entrance and internal doors will be ‘American Press’ in cream colour.
4. Windows and balcony doors will be double glazed PVC.
5. Cupboards will be made of MDF in cream colour.
6. Kitchen counter will be granite.
7. Fixtures in bathroom (shower doors, washbasin, shower basin, 2 taps, and closet) will be first quality.
8. Electrical fixtures such as lamp, socket will be basic fittings.
9. Internal walls will have smooth plastering.
10. Railings for terrace/balcony and stairs will be made of aluminium covered by chrome
11. There will be 2 communal swimming pools, each is 124m2 including child’s shallow area. Also each pool will have 140m2 sunbathing area covered by travertine.
12. There will be an indoor swimming pool which will be 60 m2 including showers, WCs and changing rooms.
13. There will be 2 Saunas and a fitness center.
14. A Tennis Court (24mX11m-covered by woven wire), Cafeteria and Bar will be built on the complex.
