1. Plan : Flexible Payments

Prices are listed below:

·         Ground Floor: 56.350 GBP

·         Middle Floor : 56.350 GBP 

·         Top Floor     : 56.350 GBP 

Payment Schedules:

A. For Finished Apartments

·          50%  on contract

·          40% 3-4 months later

·         10% on legal completion

            B. For off-plan units

·         30%      on contract

·         30%      Due to be paid on completion of main structure, foundation skeleton, and brick work

·         30 %    Upon completion of external plastering and painting, installing PVC windows and balcony doors.

·         10 %   Upon completion of the site and transfer of title deed.

           C. Cash Buyers shall be getting 5 % discount upon the purchase price for any kind of unit.

       This fixed price includes the following items:

·         Solicitor fee,

·         Expenses of military clearance,

·         The whole of property purchase tax ( 3 %)
