APPOINTMENT OF LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE

I/We hereby appoint Acacia International Legal Services to be my/our legal representative in my/our purchase of the property in Turkey shown below. I/we authorize the firm to provide me/us with full details of the Turkish system of property ownership and transfer, comments and explanations on the contract of sale and all other information which I/we shall require within the scope of work outlined to me/us.  Acacia International shall advise me in advance of all fees required for the services which shall only be payable by me/us upon my acceptance. I further authorize to instruct Acacia International Legal service and its lawyers to undertake all the necessary procedures (including the assistance to issue a power of attorney to act upon my behalf) for the title deed of the property to be transferred into my name.
