APPOINTMENT OF LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE

I  hereby appoint Kevin Hood to be my legal representative in my purchase of the property in Turkey shown below. I authorise him to provide me with full details of  the Turkish system of property ownership and transfer, comments and explanations on the contract of sale and all other information which I shall require in order to complete the purchase of my property. Kevin Hood shall advise me in advance of all fees required for his services which shall only be payable by me upon my acceptance. I further authorise Kevin Hood to instruct the following Turkish lawyers to undertake all the neccessary procedures (including the issuance of a power of attorney to act upon my behalf)  for the title deed of the property to be transferred into my name.
