Insulation of wet surfaces Overall Smear type cappilary based insulation against water on vertical surfaces of the foudations.  On the roof: 4 mm membrane + 40 mm polystrene foam under geotextile pebble insulation against heat and water.  
Plumbing for Fresh Water Overall PPRC pipes- water counter gauges will be installed. Water supply both from city and wells. Water will be pumped by  a water pump through underground water pipe-lines from a 60 ton water tank-  connections for water heater and solar heater will be ready. Water heater is extra charge.
Plumbing for Waste Water Overall TSE Certified Silent pipe will be used for vertical flow areas. Waste water system will be connected to the sewage system. All drainage will be underground biological purification or non-permeable sewage well.
Wiring Overall TSE Certified 1.5 cable for switches, 2.5 cable for sockets with ground-circuit breakers - ISO 9001 Cert. sockets and switches - two in bedrooms, two in bathrooms, four in kitchens, three in the living rooms, including electricity gauges(meters) 3 phase electricity will be distrubuted via smart electric gauges. Refrigerator and some of the inner illumunation will be fed by a stand-by generator- from step down transformer to houses - telephone lines from boards to homes - door interphone connection - one telephone line
Fine Plastering Overall Exterior walls: silicon based exterior grade paint, travertines and strawberrystone decoration-on all woodwork three layers of wood preserving paint. Window and balcony sills travertene. Inner final cement surfaces; suitable for ceramic and laminated parquet.
