1. Ankastre elektrikli ocak ve aspiratör standartların içindedir.
Built in electric powered hob and exctractor fan are in standarts.
2. Klima tesisatı, temiz su tesisatı, sıcak su tesisatı, pis su tesisatı, tv anteni tesisatı, telefon tesisatı ve genel elektrik tesisatı standart olarak yapılacaktır.
A/C fitting, clean, hot and impure water plumbing, TV antenna, telephone points and general electrical fittings to be in standarts.
3. Balkon korkulukları projesine göre yapılacaktır.
Balcony banisters will be made according to the project.
4. Merdivenler ve sahanlıklar mermer olacaktır.
Staircases and landings to be made of beige marble.

The materials and details listed above are included sales prices of the property.Should the purchaser require any changes to structure or materials, permission must be saught from the developer. Any other changes will be an additional cost to the purchaser
