TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

 

1- Concrete shell of the building           : The  building shall be constructed according to the latest systems set by the regulation on earthquake and regulation on building inspection. The construction shall be controlled by a construction supervisor at all times at the construction site. The sections of iron pieces to be used as floor slabs shall comply with its Project.

 

2- Minimum 20 cm  TSE ( Turkish Standards Institute)  certified bricks shall be used for the building of exterior walls.

 

3- The electricity cables shall be TSE certified and cable sizes shall comply with its Project. Each unit shall be fitted with at least one telephone line whilst installation of the telephone system. All units shall be fitted with a central TV system and appropriate central dishes shall be fitted.

 

4- The wet surfaces of the units shall be tiled on the floor and the walls. All bathrooms and toilets shall be fitted with ventilation. Drainer shall be fitted for the purpose of discharge of water. Tse certified washbasin with a stand, water closet and  a shower tray shall be fitted.

 

5- The kitchen units shall be laminate and the worktop shall be cultured marble, and the units and workshop shall be wide enough, and extractor fan shall be fitted. Quality taps shall be fitted.

 

6- Exterior doors shall be steel doors. Interior doors shall be American panel doors with all the accessories fitted on them. Exterior joinery shall be upvc with least mesh and shall be fitted with double glazing.

 

7-  The roof shall be insulated against water and heat according to Project. Exterior parts shall be finished with appropriate materials and be decorative according to standards of the day.

 

8- Environmental landscaping shall be carried out by the Builder according to the Project. Wall shall be build around the site. A security building shall be built at the entrance to the site. Communal areas within the complex such as pool, shelter, parking place, etc. shall be built by the Builder and delivered in working order at the time of delivery of the units on a turn key basis. All infrastructure system, sewerage, electricity, telephone shall all be installed by the Builder and connected to infrastructure systems.
