TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

INFRASTRUCTURE

The waste water pipes to be used for the infrastructure of the complex shall be solid pvc pipes and be laid according to the Project.

All cables to be used for electricity cabling and wiring shall be of 1st class quality and carry TSE ( Turkish Standard Institute ) certificate.

The treatment facility and the water tank shall be in accordance with all specifications and techniques.

TYPE of STRUCTURE

The supporters of the building shall be reinforced concrete shell.

Type of Concrete         : C30

Type of Iron                : STIII Tor Steel

WALLS

Interior Walls: to be made from 19x19x8,5 hollow brick according to the Project

Exterior Walls: to be made from 19x19x13,5 hollow brick according to the Project

EXTERIOR FAÇADE

Exterior walls shall be painted with acrylic based exterior wall paint. Cladding shall be applied on parts shown in the architectural drawings.

ROOF

On the last flor slabs, water insulated terrace roof shall be built.Roof shall be designated as if to be fitted with stair banisters.The roof shall be ceramic tiled after its insulated.

Roof Insulation :Insulation shall be applied according to the conditions of the date.

BASEMENT FLOOR WATER INSULATION

Water insulation shall be provided by means of basement shear walls and ground packing insulation. Protective wall shall be built on insulation.PP3000 material shall be used for basement shear walls and ground insulation. 3 cm polystyrene foam shall be used for protecting insulation.

FLOORING AND PLASTERING

Flooring                       : Ceramic tiling

Walls                           : 2 coats of plastic paint on normal plastering

Ceiling                         : 2 coats of plastic paint on normal plastering

WCs and BATHROOMS

Flooring                       : Ceramic tiling

Walls                           : 1st class quality tiles with fuga shall be clad on normal plastering

Ceiling                         : Plastic paint on normal plastering

Sanitary Units              : All materials shall be used as explained in architectural Project. The materials to be used shall either be from Ege ceramic of  any other equivalent brand.

DOORS AND FRAMES

Entry Doors                 : Entry doors shall be steel. The locks of all joinery shall be of 1st class quality.

Interior Doors              : Interior doors of all offices and dwellings shall be American panel doors.

WINDOWS

All joinery shall be 1st class quality pvc and be installed according to the Project.The lock systems of all joinery shall be of 1st class quality.

ELECTRICITY CABLING & WIRING

All materials shall be TSE ( Turkish Standard Institute) certified. Light fittings shall be according to the Project. Electricity switches and outlets shall be of 1st quality. In addition to electricity cabling and wiring, there shall be telephone connection, bell system ( outside) and tv antenna system.

PLUMBING

All materials shall be TSE ( Turkish Standard Institute) certified, and be fitted according to the Project and pipes shall be pvc.
