Harmony Dream Village is situated on a land of 26,000m2. There are 34 blocks in total with 15 villas,30 duplexes and 46 apartments. There are totally 91 units in the complex. The Project plan has been diligently drawn up by Harmony Homes Design Team. The properties shall be delivered in July 2009.
Construction:
Following the geological survey in respect of the land, the static calculations were carried out and architectural and constructional projects were drawn up. All licenses, permissions and certificates were obtained prior to commencement of construction.
Concrete Skeleton (Shell):
Buildings shall be reinforced concrete with raft foundation. C-25 concrete shall be used. The structural system is reinforced concrete skeleton.
Insulation:
Foundations, terraces and wet surfaces shall be insulated with certified materials which are in compliance with ISO 9002 standards.
Water-proofing and insulation are guaranteed by Harmony Homes for 5 years and the constructional guarantee is for 5 years.
Fresh Water and Waste Water Connections:
The Project plan has been drawn up in compliance with the architectural design.All materials used in the systems shall carry ISO 9001 and CE certificates. Connection to the mains and treatment shall be provided at a convenient place in the complex.
Electricity:
The Power is 220 Volt as projected in the Project Plan. The system has been planned in consideration of all requirements and functions which are sought in a unit. All materials to be used for electricity cabling and wiring shall have ISO 9002 and CE certificates.
Flooring:
Terraces and balconies shall be tiled with outdoors tiles and suitable for water proofing and other insulation types.Bathroom walls shall be ceramic tiled from floor up to the ceiling. 1st class quality ceramic tiles shall be used for all interior flooring.
Stairs and landings shall be 1st class quality certified travertine marble.
Doors, Windows and Pergola:
Interior doors shall be American Panel doors . TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) certified PVC frames shall be used for windows and windows shall be double glazed. Woodenand metal pergolas shall be constructed in accordance with the architectural Project. The front door of the building shall be steel.
Kitchen :
All standard requirements have been taken into consideration whilst designing the kitchens and the kitchen units shall be supplied by Harmony Homes.
Bathrooms :
All sanitary units,ceramic tiles and taps to be installed in the bathrooms shall carry ISO 9002 quality certificate and CE certificate.Vanity units shall be fitted in the bathrooms as well as bathroom unit.
Cladding and Painting :
Exterior walls shall be plastered with cement and be painted with silicon based exterior paint.Interior paints shall be painted with water based plastic paint.Ceilings shall be painted with water based plastic ceiling paint.
Heating and Cooling :
Compatible piping and cabling for electrical water heater and the air – conditioning units for all rooms shall be supplied by Harmony Homes.
Landscaping and swimming pool :
Areas outside of the houses shall either be laid with grass or plants shall be planted.Natural stone and outdoor tiles shall be compatible with landscaping project.Parking area ,resting area and swimming pool are planned in the project and shall conform to international standards.
