TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR THE APARTMENT EXTERIORS, GROUNDS AND FACILITIES

  

• Surface of the blocks will be silicon acrylic paint in different colours.

• Entrance, stairs and halls of staircase will be 3cm 1st class marble.

• Staircase of the blocks will be silicon acrylic internal paint.

• Handrails will be ferforge or similar metal.

• Entrance doors of the blocks will be aesthetically metal.

• For isolating the blocks, open areas on the terrace will be tiled and closed areas

   will be covered with bardoline roof.

• There will be an 80cm brick garden wall around the blocks which will be plastered and painted and there will be a 120cm metal fence over them.

• There will be an entrance arch and gate.

• There will be a one tonne water tank and pump in each block.

• After completing the building, building mess will be cleaned, gardening and

   planting will be done.

• There will be car parking in a suitable place.

• An additional floor will be built in one of the blocks and the ground floor of one

  will accommodate restaurant, shops reception  and toilet area.

. Facilities will be located in the opposite Block where the underground shelter    area will be housed and will include a gym, sauna/Jacuzzi and Health Spa.

• There will be a lift to each block.

• A communal swimming pool with a children’s pool will be

built as being ready to use with all technical equipment.

• A swim –up pool bar will be incorporated in the swimming pool.

• A children’s play area with necessary equipment will be situated on the site.

• The area around the pool will be finished to allow sunbathing.

• A Sports court/games area will be sited in the garden area in an appropriate place.

• A generator suitable to supply electricity to the four blocks and the two blocks

on the adjacent land will be installed. (If for technical reasons an additional

generator has to be purchased this will be an additional cost to the buyers).

This means that the complex will have a back up electric facility should there be a power cut at any time.
